Walsh
"I flew combat missions in hostile airspace and landed on a carrier deck at night. The courtroom doesn't scare me. The other side should know that."
From the Flight Deck
to the Courtroom
Christopher Walsh's path to law was anything but conventional. After graduating cum laude from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio, Chris commissioned as a U.S. Navy officer and became a combat-ready F/A-18 Super Hornet pilot. He flew real combat sorties in hostile airspace and landed on aircraft carriers at night — a feat described by NASA as one of the most demanding tasks a human being can perform. During his naval service, he also served as his squadron's Legal Officer, handling UCMJ (military justice) matters for his unit. It was there that his direction toward law crystallized.
Christopher Walsh served as a combat F/A-18 Super Hornet aviator with the United States Navy, flying operational sorties in contested airspace. He served concurrently as his squadron's Legal Officer under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, developing firsthand experience in military law and disciplinary proceedings. The discipline, composure under pressure, and absolute commitment to mission success that define carrier aviation became the foundation of his legal career.
After his naval service, Chris pursued his legal education with the same intensity he brought to the flight deck. He attended law school where he made the Dean's List, was inducted into the National Honorary Legal Fraternity, and concentrated his studies in criminal litigation. He interned with a Franklin County Prosecutor's office and externed with a Federal Public Defender's office — experiencing both sides of the courtroom before graduating. His peers voted him the attorney they would least want to face in court.
At Jeff T. Gorman Law Offices, Chris has built a record that backs up that reputation. He has won the majority of the criminal trials he has taken to verdict and secured millions of dollars in personal injury settlements for clients across the Treasure Coast and Palm Beach County. Whether it's a DUI case that needs the breathalyzer challenged, a felony that needs a jury to hear the full story, or a personal injury claim where the insurance company is lowballing a seriously injured person — Chris Walsh doesn't look for exits. He prepares for the fight.
Clients consistently describe Chris as communicative, dedicated, and ferociously prepared. His paralegal team is equally praised for keeping clients informed throughout every stage of a case. When you hire Chris Walsh, you're not hiring someone who will settle your case for convenience. You're hiring someone who will take it as far as it needs to go.
